Details

  • What: Kick off cyclocross season in a working cherry orchard!!
  • When: Saturday, September 30th, 2017. First race starts at 11:00am.
  • Where: Crimson Gem Orchard
  •   2571 W. South Slope Drive, Emmett Idaho
Categories and Start Times:
Races will be raced together, scored separately.
  • Race #1: Men 4/5
    • Start time 11:00am; 45 minutes
  • Race #2: Masters 45+ Open, Master 55+ Open, Women 1/2, 3, 4/5
    • Start time 12:00pm; 45 minutes
  • Race #3: Men 1/2, 3
    • Start time: 1:00 pm; 60 minutes
​Registration: Online registration will be available for $20 plus USAC fees. 
  • Online registration will close at 10:00pm on Thursday, September 28th, 2017.
  • Day-of registration will be available for $30, closing 20 minutes prior to race start for each flight.

What's in it for you?

Prizes: Custom awards will be presented to the top 3 finishers in each field.
Raffle: 
There will be a raffle after the race. Each rider will receive 1 free raffle ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased on site, or get an additional raffle ticket for every 5 non-perishable food items you bring to donate to the Emmett Food Bank.
Nosh: Free drink voucher for racers. Additional food and drinks will be available on site for donation purchase. Don't forget money for jam!

Additional Information:
  • SWICA numbers will be used for this race.
  • We strongly recommend the use of sealant. The Boise VeloWomen and the landowner have been working to minimize the presence of goatheads, but flat protection is still strongly recommended to improve your race experience.
