Jug Mountain Enduro, Cascade 4 Summits & Spudman Triathlon

Between team events, our ladies have been having fun competing in other events, MTB races, endurance rides, and Triathlons! See below for more info!

7/23: IES Jug Mountain Enduro, McCall, Idaho

One of our members, Nadine, competed in her 1st Enduro Mountain bike race. This race is part of the Idaho Enduro Series.  For those who are unfamiliar, an Enduro is like a stage race for mountain bikes, where the timed sections are mostly downhill. For this race, there were 3 stages, and the riders had to climb back to the top of the mountain between each stage. Nadine finished 1st place in her division, and won a gorgeous full-face Fly Racing helmet as her prize. Thank you to all of the sponsors that made this race possible!

7/30: 4-Summit Challenge, Cascade, ID

Erin M. and Morgan C. participated in this 75 mile ride in the mountains along with our friends in the sister group, Lactic Acid Cycling.

7/26: Spudman Triathlon, Burley, ID

Erin S. participated in her 1st Olympic Triathlon at the Spudman Triathlon, which is an Olympic distance Tri in Southern Idaho. The event includes 1.5k swim downstream in the Snake River, a 40k bike through farmland, and a 10k run around the farmland. She proved successful (and freakin' fast), finishing 3rd in her age group with a time of 2hrs 3o"!
